SJP for BITTEN

So, I was recently surfing the net, looking at clothes, and I came to realize that I haven’t been hearing much about Sarah Jessica Parker’s Bitten. Sometime last year, she was showing off her clothing line on Oprah and I fell madly in love. I love her style and her clothes are extremely reasonable. Sarah Jessica, along with a team of Steve & Barry’s designers, created a collection of high quality, affordable sportswear for women of all ages and sizes, with a full size range from XS-XXL in tops, 0-22 in bottoms and 5-11 in shoes. Not to mention, every piece in the line is priced at $19.98. Can u say extraordinary!
BITTEN reflects Sarah Jessica Parker's personal sense of style and taste, with her own wardrobe serving as the inspiration for the majority of the pieces.
When hearing the name for the first time, I was a little thrown, thinking to myself “what the heck is that about?” Well, to answer this common query, the name BITTEN was driven by Sarah Jessica Parker as the result of her reaction when she was first introduced to Steve & Barry’s. She says she was blown away by the company's mission and "bitten by the Steve & Barry's bug" after walking into a Steve & Barry's store for the first time. It's a play off of the phrase "to be bitten with the acting bug," which is common among those who, upon experiencing the stage for the first time, decide they must pursue an occupation as an actor or actress.
Another thing that I’ve realized is that, many people aren’t talking about it because it isn’t easily accessible. I mean, maybe in other places but I happen to know a bunch of SOHO heads, a place where BITTEN cannot be found. The BITTEN brand is only available at the 200+ Steve & Barry's stores located in shopping malls throughout the country, with the exception of those Steve & Barry's stores located on university campuses.
